Job Description

Overview

The Delivery Consultant at Amazon Web Services (AWS) will support customers in the design, implementation, and management of AWS solutions that align with their business objectives. This position involves acting as a key player in customer success during their cloud journey by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, all while leveraging a deep understanding of AWS products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Required skills

  • 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
  • Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3)
  • Experience implementing AWS services in various distributed computing environments
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience (preferred)
  • Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional level certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies and performance optimization
