Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Paralegal to join their litigation team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers' compensation defense matters
  • Maintain and organize case files
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
  • Coordinate case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
  • Meet yearly billable requirements

Required skills

  • 3+ years of workers' compensation defense paralegal experience
  • Experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers' compensation procedures
