Overview

DBD Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Dedicated Regional Class A CDL Drivers for East Coast driving from their distribution center in Altoona, PA. This full-time position involves long haul driving within 200-700 miles of the corporate office, providing drivers with home time every weekend and a strong earning potential with flat rates and bonuses.

Key responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver products between distribution centers and suppliers
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch regarding delays and service issues
  • Interact professionally with customers and vendors
  • Ensure safety compliance and uphold good work ethic
  • Transport freight with minimal touching, primarily no touch freight

Required skills

  • CDL Class A with two years of experience
  • Safe driving record
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical strength to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Flexibility to work various schedules
  • Valid Medical Card
  • Ability to pass road test, background check, and DOT physical/drug screening
