Overview

The Decentralized Equipment Tech at Parkview Health is responsible for independently performing procedures within the Decentralized Equipment Cleaning department. This includes sanitizing isolettes and disinfecting various hospital equipment as identified by the Radio Frequency Identification system while maintaining appropriate equipment levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Independently perform cleaning procedures in the Decentralized Equipment Cleaning department
  • Sanitize isolettes and disinfect designated equipment throughout the hospital
  • Maintain Par Levels of equipment
  • Follow established cleaning and disinfection protocols

Required skills

  • Experience in general labor
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
