The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that meet the needs of the region and align with the company's strategic direction. This includes non-credit training and education in workforce and corporate training, lifelong education, and career and technical training. The Dean will work closely with various program divisions to create pathways into credit-bearing programs, ensure effective communication with other departments, and collaborate with external partners to develop curriculum that meets regional training needs. The role also involves monitoring departmental activities, managing operations on a cost-recovery basis, and overseeing all grant-related activities.
