Dean of Nursing and Nurse Administrator $110,000 - $117,000 Requirements to Apply • MSN from an accredited institution; doctoral degree preferred • Active, unencumbered RN license in Florida • 2+ years of full-time nursing education experience within the last 5 years, including part-time or adjunct teaching experience • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in an academic or clinical setting, plus 2+ years of direct nursing care experience Dean of Nursing and Nurse Administrator Role Lead nursing program operations, faculty development, student success, curriculum, clinical partnerships, accreditation compliance, and nursing program outcomes.
