Overview

DealerFLEX is seeking a reliable Dealership Courtesy Driver to support vehicle transportation for a prominent automotive dealership in Marlton, NJ. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for driving and prioritize customer service, safety, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Safely pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, dealerships, and vendors
  • Communicate with the Service Manager and Service Director to coordinate vehicle transport
  • Verify all paperwork for accuracy during transactions
  • Maintain a detailed log of all deliveries and obtain recipient signatures
  • Assist the service department with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during driving
  • Report any incidents or damage claims promptly
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
