Overview

Best Bath Systems Inc is seeking a Dealer Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest US, based in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on expanding the company's dealer channel by identifying, recruiting, and supporting a network of independent dealers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-hunting mindset and be adept at developing long-term relationships to drive sales growth and enhance Bestbath’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the assigned Midwest territory to grow business with existing customers.
  • Identify and recruit qualified new dealers to expand the dealer network.
  • Build and execute territory strategies focused on new customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM and NetSuite ERP for managing sales and customer service activities.
  • Actively hunt for new customer opportunities and maintain a qualified pipeline of dealer prospects.
  • Deliver product training and field support to dealers to help them grow their businesses.
  • Negotiate sales of shower, bath units, and accessories.
  • Attend trade shows and support marketing event logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members through various channels.

Required skills

  • Exceptional product knowledge in the building materials or remodeling industry.
  • Experience selling to or through dealer networks.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP software, particularly HubSpot and NetSuite.
  • Ability to build territory strategy and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Knowledge of aging-in-place concepts and ADA regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop solutions.
  • Experience in disaster restoration or remodel sales is a plus.
