Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in West Springfield is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Deal and Inventory Administrator to join our office team. This is an in-office administrative role supporting vehicle registration, inventory control, and dealership documentation. Automotive office experience is preferred.ResponsibilitiesComplete and maintain the Massachusetts EVR certification process and strictly adhere to all state laws, regulations, and dealership policies related to vehicle registration and EVR software usageProcess and submit vehicle registrations, titles, and related DMV documentation accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain and update vehicle inventory records in dealership systemsCoordinate with Sales, F&I, and Accounting departments to ensure paperwork accuracy and completenessTrack incoming and outgoing vehicle titles and license platesReconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with audits as neededEnsure compliance with state requirements and dealership proceduresHandle filing, scanning, and organization of vehicle documentationBill out Dealer Swaps & Wholesale dealsCommunicate with lenders, vendors, and state agencies as requiredProvide general administrative support to the office team Qualifications (Preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computers and office systems (dealership DMS experience a plus)Reliable, professional, and team-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skills BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceStable, full-time in-office positionSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity for long-term growth within the dealership We're looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job - we're offering a career path with room to grow.
