Overview In this role you will design and enhance AI-powered Digital Twins that mimic customer behavior and preferences. You will lead analytics and AI initiatives to improve simulation fidelity and predictive accuracy, using rigorous experimentation and real-world validation. You'll apply behavioral science, UX insights, and marketing analytics to build human-centered AI models, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, communicate findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.
