Who We Are Huntington Ingalls Industries Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Data Products Technical Support Specialist. In this role, the selected candidate will initialize, configure, and monitor range applications used for displaying, recording, and reconstructing Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training events.The specialist will support watch team members, Range Training Officers (RTOs), operations staff, and contractors as needed. What You Will Do Operate and optimize computer-based Range software applications. Provide live exercise support including but not limited to assisting exercise controllers with SIMDIS displays, setup, data feed, configuration, and legends management. Integrate Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) data sources in an optimized common operational picture (COP), assisting training team members with display or network issues. Monitor data integrity and interface with appropriate Southern California Tactical Training Range (SCTTR) points of contact, diagnosing and repairing faults when applicable, resolving network data issues, submitting trouble calls and reports as needed. Develop Standard Operating Procedures, data products and recommendations for software/display configurations changes.
