Braun Medical, visit Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential DutiesAssist in contracting functions to ensure consistent, timely and accurate processing of all contract related documents across all sale organizations.Review, scrub and seek approvals on all membership activations and shepherd applicable processes.Manage daily contract chargeback operations, distributor inquiries and membership related items ensuring contractual requirements are met.Support the contract administration of new products.Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide superior customer service and quality assurance support regarding terms, pricing and membership.Plan and execute reporting enhancements that improve better business practices.Maintain, track and recording of declaration letters.Analyze and cleanse contract master data to support continuous improvement.Strategize and implement contracting processes and policies with B.Braun's business needs, strategic direction and rapidly changing industry demands.
