We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to serve as the enterprise leader responsible for Master Data Management: architecting, governing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across all core domains such as Customer, Product/SKU, Supplier, and Transaction. The role is responsible for stratifying and codifying data and serving information and insights to company stakeholders through data integration, Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and reporting. This role approves data warehouse design and master data structures along with related changes and maintenance to ensure that data is modeled, normalized, collected, fully developed, and accurate to provide reliable insights that directly facilitates customer targeting, personalized marketing, sales growth, sourcing decisions, and operational efficiency. This role coordinates how enterprise information is defined, standardized, measured, governed, and improved while preserving ownership of operational data within the appropriate Business Domains. This individual works closely with business leaders, Information Services, Data Analytics, and subject matter experts to develop Enterprise Master Specifications, maintain Business Domain and Systems of Record catalogs, monitor Information Quality, prepare governance recommendations, and coordinate implementation of approved standards.
