Job Description

Overview

As a Data Analyst for Amazon's Worldwide Operations network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employee productivity and customer engagement. This position involves driving data analysis and reporting to support logistics and operational processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete daily and weekly SOX reporting and document findings.
  • Conduct ad hoc research to identify improvements from large datasets.
  • Develop and maintain SQL reporting using Amazon's data warehouse.
  • Perform associate and leadership tasks in an Amazon ReLo warehouse.
  • Work with the quality leadership team to improve standards and identify defects.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • 1+ years of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with Python and Tableau.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.
