Overview

Shretech Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team for a 12-month full-time position in Dallas, Texas. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis to support business decision-making through data insights, reports, and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and present findings.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Document business rules, data definitions, and reporting processes.
  • Work with data engineering and IT teams to improve reporting capabilities.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or relate
  • 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business/Data Analyst
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Local to the Dallas Fort Worth area or willingness to relocate
