Overview

Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Plant in Tuttle, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Dairy Production Supervisor to oversee production in a high-volume dairy manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring quality products are produced while managing a team of up to 40 employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor all aspects of manufacturing for dairy products.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Programs.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Inspire and lead a team of employees to meet production goals.
  • Plan and organize production activities effectively.

Required skills

  • Production supervisory experience in a dairy manufacturing facility
  • In-depth knowledge of dairy production processes
  • Understanding of HAACP/HARPC
  • Leadership and team-building skills
  • Planning and organizational capabilities
