Overview

Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Plant is seeking an experienced Dairy Production Supervisor for their facility in Tuttle, Oklahoma. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality dairy products including ice cream and yogurt while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise production operations in a high-volume Dairy Manufacturing facility
  • Monitor all aspects of manufacturing to ensure product quality
  • Understand and implement Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Programs
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures in the plant
  • Lead and inspire a team of up to 40 employees
  • Plan and organize production goals and schedules
