Overview

Braum's is seeking an experienced Dairy Plant Production Supervisor to join their team in Tuttle, Oklahoma. This role requires overseeing production in a high-volume dairy manufacturing facility, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met while leading a team of up to 40 employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor all aspects of dairy product manufacturing including ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, and more
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACP/HARPC, and Food Safety Programs
  • Establish and maintain positive work environment through effective leadership
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the plant
  • Plan, organize, and provide necessary leadership to achieve production goals

Required skills

  • Production supervisory experience in dairy manufacturing
  • Knowledge of industrial production processes
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
