Overview In this role you own the D365 F&O platform and drive its performance, readiness, and evolution. You will lead a cross-functional ERP team, balancing production support, enhancements, and project work. You'll manage multi-entity rollouts, acquisitions, and data migrations while partnering with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations. Expect to shape process improvements, governance, and user adoption to sustain a mission-critical ERP environment. You will collaborate with IT leadership and external partners to scale the platform and enable business growth. ResponsibilitiesOwn D365 production performance, environment health, configuration standards, releases, testing, and deployment readinessLead and coach ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project prioritiesTranslate business needs into practical ERP solutions across configuration, process improvements, and developmentOwn and prioritize the ERP backlog, communicate progress, and drive user adoption and trainingLead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, go-lives, and hypercareOversee D365 integrations, partner with BI/Data teams, and support data quality and reportingManage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelinesMaintain change controls, role-based access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures Key requirementsHands-on D365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX experience with finance and/or supply chain/manufacturing processesExperience leading ERP teams or workstreams; prioritization and people developmentSuccessful delivery of ERP rollouts or upgrades with go-live and post-launch supportExperience managing ERP implementation or support partners and coordinating integrations and migrationsComfort with change management, testing, access controls, and executive-level stakeholder communicationTypically 5+ years in ERP roles, including 2+ years leading people or ERP workstreams; equivalent experience welcomeleadershipstakeholder communicationchange managementD365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AXERP rollouts and data migrationsPower BI, SQL (optional based on description)
