This is a remote position (Los Angeles area preferred).Duties:- Respond to member inquiries via live chat, email, and phone- Troubleshoot charging session and billing issues- Escalate technical problems- Document interactions and follow up until resolvedRequirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication- Calm, patient, problem-solving mindset- Comfortable with computers- Quiet remote workspace and reliable internet (for remote)- 18+ and pass a background check- Prior customer service experience preferredPay: $24 $30/hour.
