Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Spectrum, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Operations team by completing offline tasks. This entry-level position involves ensuring that processes and technology effectively support customers, ultimately enhancing the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and correct errors on customer accounts within multiple systems
  • Own special requests and research needs to contribute to team success
  • Complete offline and back office support tasks, such as customer mailings or call logs
  • Interact with customers and coworkers to ensure accuracy of information and requests
  • Contact customers to gather missing information and resolve complex requests
  • Analyze audit or error reports

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service or related customer-facing experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Knowledge of cable industry products and services
  • Familiarity with cable billing systems (CSG/ICOMS)
