Taskrabbit is seeking a Customer Support Advocate in Orlando to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, Taskers, and partners. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach and requires effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Champion customer satisfaction through personalized interactions.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored support.
  • Use customer feedback to inform decisions and improve service.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns with effective solutions.
  • Analyze customer inquiries to anticipate needs and trends.

Required skills

  • Minimum 1 year in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
