Overview

As the Customer Success Team Manager at Daniel Defense, you will lead a high-performing team that manages a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, developing metrics-driven strategies, and collaborating across departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and coach a high-performing Customer Success team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of customer success metrics.
  • Lead the customer success, customer service, and warranty teams.
  • Establish a strong team culture focused on learning and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges.
  • Measure and track key customer success metrics, including NPS and churn rate.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Present customer success insights to various audiences.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in a Customer Success leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with commercial sales accounts is a plus.
