Overview

Wrike is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Engineer to help customers maximize the value from their work management platform. The role involves working closely with customers as a trusted technical advisor to ensure successful product adoption and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert on Wrike's platform for large customers
  • Provide advanced product guidance, including workflow configuration, automation, and integrations
  • Support customers in adopting Wrike through training sessions and workshops
  • Identify workflow gaps and translate them into actionable strategic plans
  • Partner with customers to ensure optimal use of Wrike across teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Manage complex customer engagements and deliver high-touch support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes and retention
  • Lead customer escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution

Required skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Proven technical expertise, including integration building
  • Strong customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Hands-on experience in technical problem-solving
