Yield Solutions Group Inc is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join their team in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves supporting customers with their inquiries regarding refinancing auto loans, in a dynamic and collaborative work environment recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Denver for the past two years. The position offers full training and is designed for individuals who are energetic and have a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from consumers regarding auto loan refinancing
  • Assist customers in navigating the application process over the phone
  • Make or receive calls as needed
  • Support team members when necessary

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Customer support and sales experience
  • Understanding of financial terminology and financial instruments
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Great work ethic and friendly personality
