As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact that helps customers successfully navigate every step of the ordering process. Working with customers by phone, email, and in person, you'll answer questions, coordinate orders, provide updates, resolve issues, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Success in this role requires a commitment to ongoing learning, as you'll continually build your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes to better serve customers and provide confident, accurate solutions.
