Overview

Sampson-Bladen Oil Company is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join their team in Clinton, North Carolina. The role involves supporting customers through order processing, phone assistance, and account management, with a focus on maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
