The Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers through calls and online channels, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to client products. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.

  • Maintain knowledge of client products including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Prepare complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required skills
