Overview

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative for their Baldwin, Ontario location. This hybrid role involves engaging with customers via calls and online channels, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to client products. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries about client products.
  • Greet customers in a professional manner using standard procedures.
  • Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Clarify and probe customer requirements to resolve non-standard issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and notate customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about client products including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
