Overview

The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and support for client products and services. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for all technical inquiries regarding client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy.
  • Clarify customer requirements and use resources to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of client products such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and notate accounts as required.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred
