Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to engage with customers through calls and online channels, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to client products. Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries regarding hardware and software.
  • Greet customers in a professional manner and demonstrate empathy.

  • Stay updated on client products, including smartphones and computers.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology preferred.
  • Ability to work varied schedules based on performance and operational needs.
