The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and technical support. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding hardware and software products.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
  • Clarify customer requirements and utilize resources to resolve non-standard inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account notations.
  • Develop broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or similar technology
