Overview

The Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and online channels to provide exceptional service and support for client products and services. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy in interactions.
  • Clarify customer requirements and resolve issues using decision-support tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Document account-related work accurately.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology
  • Ability to work during varied hours including evenings and weekends
  • Patience in customer interactions
