Overview

The Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls, focusing on delivering exceptional service and resolving technical inquiries related to client products. This hybrid role supports a diverse, global team and promotes career growth within a people-first culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries about client products.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy.
  • Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to resolve issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
  • Prepare complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred
