Overview

The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative at Concentrix is responsible for engaging with customers through various channels to deliver exceptional service and resolve inquiries related to client products and services. This hybrid role promotes a supportive work culture and offers opportunities for personal and career development within a diverse team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding client products.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Listen to and clarify customer needs, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building.
  • Use decision-support tools to resolve non-standard customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation.
  • Stay informed about a broad range of client products, including smartphones and computers.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to fast-paced multi-task
  • Proficiency in working with iOS/macOS or comparable technologies
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
