Overview

The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative at Concentrix engages with customers via inbound and outbound calls and online channels, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries regarding client products.
  • Greet customers courteously, using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy.
  • Clarify customer requirements and utilize tools to resolve issues.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones and computers.
  • Prepare accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required skills

  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or comparable technology
  • Ability to work during specified hours with changing schedules
