Build your future.Battery Outfitters is hiring for Customer Service Support & Logistics people to assist customers over the phone, via Help Desk email, and chat. Customer service and logistics experience is a Plus but not required-we're happy to train the right individual. Job includes processing orders, technical assistance, shipping customer orders, onboarding new customers, soliciting orders, providing tracking and replacement for damages, vetting returns and warranty claims, and responding to customer inquiries. Must be a team player and very customer oriented. Day shift.We're looking for positive, friendly, dependable and motivated people to assist customers over the phone and enjoy helping others resolve issues.
