Overview

The Customer Service Supervisor at Dunavant Distribution Group, LLC is responsible for coordinating and leading the daily activities of the customer service team. This role involves providing direct services to customers and employees while handling inventory transactions and performing analytical tasks to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct operations of customer service personnel and provide performance reviews
  • Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions for customers
  • Perform problem-solving analysis on customer service processes
