The Customer Service & Sales Support Rep (Remote) at Concentrix is a seasonal opportunity where you'll be the first point of contact for online tech product shoppers. You will provide exceptional service and sales support throughout the buying journey by addressing customer inquiries and recommending relevant products and accessories. Key responsibilities

  • Provide inbound call support to understand customer needs
  • Hold authentic conversations with customers for order support
  • Ask probing questions to recommend appropriate products
  • Identify and suggest additional accessories and protection services

  • Document and track customer information in databases

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 6+ months of soft sales experience
  • 6+ months of retail experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge in probing techniques and persuasion
  • Flexible availability for various shifts
  • Computer literacy and strong navigation skills
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
