WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service / Sales Rep (Bilingual: French/English), you'll:Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of productsHandle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionallyAssist customers with vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendation on our products and services to meet their needsListen attentively to our Member's needs, while demonstrating empathy and building rapportDeliver expert customer experiences with a smile YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
