A Typical Day Your day will primarily consist of connecting with clients through phone and video appointments. During these conversations, you'll learn about their needs, provide information about available options, answer questions, and help guide them through the appropriate next steps. Beyond initial appointments, you'll remain a point of contact for clients who need assistance, updates, or additional information. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting scheduled virtual and phone appointments Asking questions to better understand each client's situation Presenting benefit and service options in an easy-to-understand way Helping clients complete applications and enrollment requirements Providing follow-up assistance after appointments Responding to questions from new and existing clients Keeping client records and information up to date Maintaining professional relationships through consistent service Participating in online meetings, training, and coaching sessions Who This Role Is For You don't need previous industry experience to get started.
