Wesley Financial Group is seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join their team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you will assist clients in canceling their timeshares while providing a best-in-class customer experience. Ideal candidates are organized, motivated, and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on client advocacy throughout the dispute process.

Key responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients during the timeshare termination process
  • Ensure clients understand each step throughout their dispute
  • Draft strategic, client-specific action steps
  • Respond to client communications within department standards
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
  • Create a positive team environment focused on accountability and efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge

Required skills

  • 2+ years of customer service and account management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving expertise
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office
