Key responsibilities

  • Advocate for clients throughout the timeshare termination process
  • Ensure clients understand each step in the dispute
  • Draft client-specific action steps for timeshare ownership termination
  • Respond to client communications within department standards
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on efficiency and accountability
  • Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge

Required skills

  • 2+ years of customer service and account management experience
