Overview

Transdev is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative experienced in Cantonese and Mandarin for its Oakland, CA location. This role involves acting as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Understand and communicate policies and procedures
  • Document trip authorizations and related details
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements
  • Perform other duties as required

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to operate a standard telephone system
  • Flexibility to work shifts as needed
