Transdev is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin for their Oakland, CA location. This role serves as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, ensuring high-quality customer service while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

  • Document trip authorizations and transportation details
