Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Partners Bank is responsible for engaging with new and existing customers to provide sales and service for deposit products and related financial services. This full-time, onsite role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to outstanding customer service and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
  • Sell and service deposit products and some consumer loans
  • Develop quality referrals for a variety of financial products including mortgages and investments
  • Participate in branch sales plans, campaigns, and promotions
  • Efficiently process teller transactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and problems promptly
