Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Assured Automotive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the collision repair industry. You'll manage relationships with customers and insurance partners, provide administrative support to the repair facility team, and ensure efficient appointment scheduling and processing.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system
  • Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
  • Prepare repair order with proper documentation
  • Record communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process
  • Manage car rental information
  • Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to enhance work quality
  • Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and repairs

Required skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Valid driver's license
