Overview

CarShield is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team in Saint Peters, Missouri. This role involves handling incoming calls from existing customers and addressing a variety of customer issues while maintaining a positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from existing customers
  • Assisting customers with general inquiries and claims questions
  • Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed
  • Working with finance and administration
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and services
  • Other tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • Call center or customer service experience (1+ years)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Coachable and positive attitude
