Overview

East Penn Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Laval, Quebec, to provide support across all divisions by liaising with sales and operations teams. The role focuses on ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient order processing while maintaining effective communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations teams and customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain order processing for local and national accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales/Service Coordinators to complete and invoice orders
  • Handle used battery pick-up requests and related documentation
  • Participate in physical inventories and record results
  • Support health and safety initiatives and administration

Required skills

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional telephone and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
  • Warehouse or related experience
  • Automotive or industrial battery experience (asset)
