GEICO is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to provide reassurance and solutions to policyholders regarding their coverage needs and billing inquiries. Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and messages regarding billing questions and policy updates.
  • Provide recommendations and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about GEICO's products to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers preferred.
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
